Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining balance is credited to your account.
What happens when I exceed my address limit?
You will receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. Existing addresses continue to work, but you will not be able to create new ones until you upgrade or remove unused addresses.
Is the API included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes basic search functionality through the web and mobile app. Full REST API access with programmatic address creation and geocoding is available on the Business plan and above.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs and governments?
Yes. We offer special pricing for non-profit organizations, government agencies, and humanitarian organizations working across the African continent. Contact our sales team to learn more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money), and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise clients can also pay via invoice.
